iReadAll Privacy Policy
This policy covers the iReadAll website, Studio, readers and account-based creator tools. The Chrome Extension has a separate extension privacy notice.

Information we handle
Depending on the feature, iReadAll handles account identifiers, documents or text you submit, generated audio and video, project settings, voice references, usage records and support messages.

Temporary processing and saved content
Reader requests and account Library storage are different workflows. Content submitted for immediate processing may be held only as needed to complete the request, while content you save to Library or a creator project is intentionally retained so it can be accessed again.
Operational logs may contain request identifiers, timing, errors and limited account metadata. iReadAll does not claim that every request leaves no server trace.
Service providers
iReadAll may use infrastructure, authentication, payment, email, speech, language-model and media-generation providers to deliver the requested feature. They receive only the information needed for that service and process it under their applicable terms.
Voice and identity data
Voice references and presenter images are sensitive identity assets. Submit them only when you are the subject or have explicit authorization. They are not intended for public indexing and must not be used for impersonation or deception.
Your choices
You may request access, correction or deletion of applicable account data by using available product controls or emailing [email protected]. Some records may be retained when required for security, billing, dispute handling or legal compliance.
Security and changes
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. Material policy changes will be reflected by the updated date. See the Security page for operational guidance.
